We at Stemberger & Cummins, P.C. will remain open for business during the COVID-19 healthwatch. We stand ready to help our current clients, and new clients who need our experienced, caring help on their cases.
With the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak impacting all of us, we wanted to take a moment to inform you of our office availability as well as the steps we are taking to protect our clients, families, and community from further spread.
After careful consideration of many factors, our current plan is to continue to serve the needs of our clients with normal office hours. This may change in the future depending on the recommendations of the CDC, Georgia Department of Public Health, and other healthcare organizations that are leading the fight against COVID-19.
We ask that all clients and visitors to our office who have a fever, symptoms of respiratory infection, traveled out of the country during the past three weeks, or been exposed to a person with Coronavirus, the flu, or other communicable disease to please call our office before coming in. During this call, we will discuss a plan for ensuring that you receive the same exceptional representation in your legal matter from our law firm that you did prior to the COVID-19 outbreak. We are available for phone conferences and credit card payment of fees to get us started working for you.
To further reduce the spread of COVID-19, our office has implemented a number of protocols and requirements for our staff. These include handwashing upon arrival at the office as well as the frequent use of hand sanitizer and wipes. We are also actively wiping down doorknobs, desk areas, and bathroom fixtures at least twice a day. In addition, we have placed hand sanitizer throughout the office for our clients and staff to use during their time here. And finally, we have implemented a “no handshake” policy among staff and visitors.
Most importantly, we are completely confident that we will get through this together. America is strong and has a history of rising up to challenges and overcoming adversity. We look forward to doing our part at Stemberger & Cummins, P.C.
Sincerely,
Bill, Scott, Michelle, LaVern and Tami
